For years, seeJesus was on Stephen Dillon's radar through his connections with several seeJesus Trainers. Looking back, he can see the Lord's hand at work throughout those relationships, shaping and preparing him for his current role as a Development Officer, where he builds relationships and helps others find ways to partner with seeJesus. Relationship building was already a big part of his previous role at a small Christian college, where he oversaw a residence hall. His family lived in the building alongside students, ministering to them daily, while Stephen focused primarily on discipleship and leadership development with student leaders.

Stephen and his wife, Kayla, live on Lookout Mountain in Tennessee with their three children. They love hosting people in their home and being as involved in their church as possible.
