What to Expect
How Do Seminars Work?
We provide two seminar options, A Praying Life and A Praying Church. Each seminar can be run on a Friday night and Saturday morning or be an all-day Saturday event.
In the A Praying Life Seminar, you'll explore Jesus’ simple yet powerful teachings on prayer and discover the joy of prayer. We practice becoming child-like, patterning our prayers after Jesus’ own teaching and prayers, using practical prayer tools and
making lots of time to pray. If you’ve ever struggled with or felt defeated during prayer, this seminar is for you!
Delving into our frustrations, we look at Jesus’ powerful yet simple teachings on prayer. We practice becoming child-like, patterning after Jesus’ own teaching and style of praying. We learn to ask our Father anything — with eyes wide open to the story he is creating in our lives. Further practical tools and helps are explained and demonstrated. Throughout the sessions people have time to pray, making real what they learned.

How Do Cohorts Work?
A cohort is a highly personalized 10-week prayer training in which you gather weekly with an experienced prayer trainer and 7-8 other committed participants on Zoom.
Together, you'll build a set of 5 or more personal prayer cards that you’ll use to pray through key areas in your lives. Each week, you will experience the accountability and encouragement of praying together. As you see God at work in one another’s lives, you will grow in wisdom and faith. A Praying Life is a part of seeJesus Ministry® — a global discipling mission helping the church see and reflect the life, death, and resurrection of Christ through discipleship resources and training. We labor to rekindle within the church the central passions of Christianity: a love for Jesus, a desire to imitate him, and real, working communion with the Father.
