Monte Starkes has a passion for Jesus and following Jesus’ method for transformation. He has been discipling men for 35 years, and has seen men multiply and make disciples and disciple makers in six continents. A major strategy of how he disciples men and equips others to disciple, comes from what he has learned from seeJesus since he attended his first Person of Jesus seminar in 2004. Monte has a Doctorate in Discipleship, and trains churches to build movements of discipleship and carry out the Great Commission. He is the Executive Pastor at Christ Community Presbyterian Church in Lakeland, FL. Monte was a missionary in Japan, and has been a pastor at a few churches in the southeast. Monte and his wife Amy have four children: Luke who is married to Macy, Charity who is married to Nick, Philip, and Anna Grace.
